Hamilton & Associates Law Group, P.A., founded in 1999 by securities attorney Brenda Hamilton, is a Boca Raton–based corporate finance and transactional law firm that has built a strong national and international presence. Since its inception, the firm has advised more than 300 issuers on going-public transactions, including IPOs, direct public offerings, and listings on the NASDAQ, NYSE, and OTC markets.

Brenda Hamilton is the founder and managing partner of Hamilton & Associates Law Group, P.A., an internationally recognized corporate, securities, business, and transactional law firm headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. Since 1998, Ms. Hamilton has been a leading voice in corporate and securities law, representing both domestic and international clients across diverse industries and jurisdictions.

Notable Experience & Engagements
Ms. Hamilton has acted as U.S. Outside General Counsel to a global NYSE-listed conglomerate with product sales in more than 40 countries and nearly $1 billion in revenue. Her wide-ranging experience includes:

- Legal representation in initial public offerings, securities offerings, and going public transactions, ranging from under $1 million to over $300 million
